Chef Jaime Amaya & Jennifer (The Wife) are Greensboro transplants who have found a home in Georgia’s Lake Country.
Inspired by fresh food, creative flavors, and beautiful plating The Chef & The Wife are proud to serve Lake Oconee. They love their family, this community, playing soccer, and striving for health and wellness in every aspect of their lives.

The Chef
Chef Jaime Amaya has over 12 years of experience in Modern American Cuisine. He worked closely with the owner/chef, whose french technique and simplicity of each dish spoke loudly to Chef Amaya.
Chef Amaya's professional career has been influenced by New York but his passion was taught by his grandmother. He is able to execute many styles of cuisines with a mixture of flavors. "It's all about the flavor!" says Chef Amaya.
The wife
The Wife, Jennifer Amaya graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology NYC with a degree in Jewelry design. Jennifer has an eye for design and can create any look you would love to have for your event. The wife is very talented in floral design as well as decor.
